About the role
This role is for a clinician who will bridge the gap between our AI technology and the complex operational realities of health plans. You will be the primary clinical liaison within customer organizations, translating their existing workflows into actionable plans for our engineering teams. Your work will directly influence how our AI platform is implemented and adopted by clinical users.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the complete clinical design and implementation of customer deployments, from initial workflow analysis through to successful launch and post-go-live support.
- Define and uphold the standard for clinical accuracy within each engagement.
- Translate intricate medical policies, guidelines, and operational procedures into clear, structured requirements that engineering teams can execute.
- Document and diagram current, often unwritten, clinical review processes within health plans to identify integration points for our platform.
- Develop deep expertise in areas such as utilization management, prior authorization, and regulatory compliance.
- Rapidly deliver functional proofs of concept that demonstrate tangible clinical value to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leadership, guiding them to understand their needs and the optimal path to achieving them.
Requirements
- Hold a clinical license such as RN, BSN, NP, PA, or MD, with a strong understanding of clinical terminology and patient care dynamics.
- Possess prior experience working within a health plan or delegated entity, specifically with knowledge of intake, eligibility, network verification, and medical review processes. Familiarity with utilization management is particularly valued.
- Demonstrate a natural aptitude for structured thinking, process mapping, and clear written communication.
- Exhibit a genuine enjoyment and proficiency in client-facing interactions and relationship building.
- Show a proactive interest in artificial intelligence and its applications.

- Experience with risk adjustment, HEDIS, care management, or appeals processes.
