Andrei Zolin
Senior backend engineer with 8+ years in software development, including 6+ years building distributed backend systems for blockchain platforms. Expert in designing scalable, high-performance services in Go and Python, with deep experience in microservices, containerised deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure. Secured $50 M+ in on-chain value with zero incidents.
Strong background in databases (Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and CI/CD pipelines. Thoughtful use of AI as a productivity multiplier, while maintaining a deep understanding of underlying systems and trade-offs. Strong ownership mindset — takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
