Join Anchorage Digital as a key member of our legal team, focusing on corporate and commercial matters. You will play a vital role in shaping our agreements and supporting the company's expansion in the digital asset space. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the legal aspects of vendor agreements and third-party risk.
- Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, including master services agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Develop and refine contract management frameworks and guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams to address legal concerns and structure agreements.
- Support the development of new business initiatives through legal expertise.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with an emphasis on financial services or corporate law.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
- Proven ability to work closely with business and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- A strong interest in cryptocurrency and a basic understanding of the industry and relevant laws.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with careful attention to detail.
- Capacity to work with moderate supervision, balancing business objectives with legal considerations.
