About the role
This role focuses on the growth and strategy of the Business Platinum Card, a flagship product within the Global Commercial Services division. You will manage the development of partner benefits and acquisition strategies to enhance the value proposition for business customers.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Acquisition Marketing, Customer Marketing, and the US SME team to increase card growth and engagement.
- Manage the full lifecycle of new partner benefits, coordinating across Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
- Work with the SBS Partnerships team to optimize existing benefit portfolios and ensure they align with acquisition goals.
- Use market research, performance data, and competitive intelligence to create strategic recommendations.
- Track the performance of benefits and suggest improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
- Oversee complex projects from initial concept to launch, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Represent the customer perspective to ensure benefit experiences remain intuitive and competitive.
- Maintain inventory levels for Mirror form factors and manage associated budgets.
- Coordinate with Product Operations and Control Management to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence various organizational levels.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on customer needs and attention to detail.
- General management perspective with financial and marketing knowledge.
- Demonstrated project management ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Experience driving alignment and working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Confidence to challenge existing processes and solve customer issues.
