About the role

This role focuses on building agentic AI systems that plan, reason, and execute complex tasks within a financial services environment. You will join the technology organization to develop platforms and workflows that operate with autonomy while maintaining strict security and compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Design and build features powered by LLMs and agentic architectures.
• Create workflows that allow systems to reason over context, utilize external tools, and execute actions.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines specifically for financial data, prioritizing safety and accuracy.
• Build shared infrastructure, including orchestration components, LLM services, and monitoring tools.
• Manage AI systems in production environments, covering debugging, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Partner with design and product teams to convert business requirements into technical implementations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with applied ML, LLM-based applications, or AI-powered features.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and modern software development lifecycles.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for security, auditability, and reliability.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or agent frameworks.
• Background in fintech or other highly regulated industries.
• Involvement in open-source projects, hackathons, or personal AI-related initiatives.
