About the role
Ambrook is building the financial infrastructure for independent operators to help them succeed in a changing economy. We are looking for a Talent Associate to join our People team and partner with our founding recruiter to scale our organization.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end scheduling and coordination for technical and commercial hiring pipelines.
- Execute outbound sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct initial top-of-funnel conversations with prospects.
- Build and implement automations to improve recruiting workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Develop sourcing playbooks and report on pipeline health to hiring managers.
- Collaborate on building systems such as AI-powered candidate workflows or market intelligence feeds.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or sourcing.
- Proven ability to build or automate parts of a recruiting process using AI tools.
- Experience engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Ability to hold credible conversations with engineers regarding their work.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and modern recruiting platforms like Ashby, Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, or Gem.
- Excellent written communication skills to represent the company voice.
- Strong organizational habits for managing sequences, follow-ups, and candidate data.

- Experience recruiting for fintech or commercial roles.
- Background working within early-stage startup environments.
