About the role

Ambrook is building the financial infrastructure for independent operators to help them succeed in a changing economy. We are looking for a Talent Associate to join our People team and partner with our founding recruiter to scale our organization.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end scheduling and coordination for technical and commercial hiring pipelines.
• Execute outbound sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial top-of-funnel conversations with prospects.
• Build and implement automations to improve recruiting workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Develop sourcing playbooks and report on pipeline health to hiring managers.
• Collaborate on building systems such as AI-powered candidate workflows or market intelligence feeds.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or sourcing.
• Proven ability to build or automate parts of a recruiting process using AI tools.
• Experience engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Ability to hold credible conversations with engineers regarding their work.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and modern recruiting platforms like Ashby, Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, or Gem.
• Excellent written communication skills to represent the company voice.
• Strong organizational habits for managing sequences, follow-ups, and candidate data.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for fintech or commercial roles.
• Background working within early-stage startup environments.
