What you'll do

• Improve the customer experience by identifying and resolving product friction points.
• Prototype new workflows directly with customers to test and validate solutions.
• Develop internal processes and automations to scale customer support and product delivery.
• Take ownership of specific customer experience areas, from ideation to completion.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint product gaps and propose solutions.
• Influence product and engineering teams with data-backed insights from customer interactions.
• Define vision, metrics, and operating principles for your owned business segment.
• Drive customer revenue growth by launching new opportunities and increasing product adoption.

Requirements

• Strong ability to empathize with customers and uncover their needs.
• Proven track record of independently owning projects from start to finish.
• Capacity for systems thinking, connecting data points to identify and solve problems.
• High degree of agency in tackling ambiguous problems and unblocking progress.
• A builder mindset, enjoying hands-on work and using every customer interaction to learn.
• Focus on achieving outcomes, comfortable solving problems without a predefined path.
• Specialized experience in technical areas (data, AI, accounting/finance), product/design, or process development.
