About the role

Ambrook is seeking a Deployment Specialist to enhance how our key customers utilize financial data and our platform. You will develop scalable solutions and tools to provide deep financial insights for independent businesses. This role involves direct customer engagement and building automated systems to democratize advanced financial analysis.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Become proficient in Ambrook's product, customer base, and the financial specifics of farms, ranches, and real economy businesses.
• Advise a portfolio of customers, conducting P&L reviews and building capital decision models.
• Translate complex operational data into forward-looking financial views for business owners.
• Design and implement tools, AI agents, and templates to automate financial analysis and insights.
• Identify patterns from customer interactions to inform product development, design, and engineering teams.
• Own strategic finance relationships for Full Service customers, including scenario planning and financing decisions.
• Create analytical infrastructure like AI agents, models, and calculators for team-wide use.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, accounting, or banking.
• Strong customer empathy, with the ability to build relationships and identify value-add opportunities.
• Deep financial acumen, comfortable with building models, budgets, and forecasts, and explaining complex concepts.
• A builder mindset, having created personal systems or AI agents for efficiency.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from conception to completion independently.
• Systems thinking to differentiate between bespoke solutions and repeatable processes or products.
• Agency in tackling ambiguous problems and driving progress in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Outcome-oriented, focused on delivering tangible results for customers and the company.
