What you'll do
- Develop and maintain platform services and features utilizing AWS to create scalable solutions.
- Automate system deployments, upgrades, and changes to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and automate their workflows.
- Enable users to automate security tasks and monitor success metrics through our tools.
- Participate in on-call operations to maintain system reliability across the organization.
- Identify areas for improvement in software development, cloud computing, and security practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
- At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Nice to have
- Over 3 years of experience in the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

This position includes on-call responsibilities. Candidates should be prepared for occasional after-hours paging, although efforts are made to ensure systems are fault-tolerant. The base salary for this role ranges from $143,700 to $194,400 annually, with total compensation including sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
