Sr. Product Manager

About the role

This position focuses on building and deploying artificial intelligence solutions specifically for the Sub Same Day delivery network. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business operations to create scalable products that improve delivery performance.

What you'll do

• Direct the product roadmap and strategy for AI and machine learning projects within the delivery network.
• Coordinate efforts between data scientists, engineers, logistics personnel, and finance departments.
• Determine product priorities by analyzing business impact and customer requirements.
• Build business cases and conduct ROI assessments for new AI initiatives.
• Document technical requirements and manage the product backlog through sprint planning.
• Track performance metrics to refine strategies and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Present product innovations and go-to-market plans to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• Proven history of defining and driving product roadmap strategy.
• Experience managing the delivery and trade-offs of product features.
• Background in participating in engineering discussions regarding technology strategy and decisions.
• Experience overseeing online services or technical products.
• History of advocating for stakeholder and customer needs during executive-level planning.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with analytical tools such as QuickSight, Qlikview, or Tableau.
• Experience launching and driving the adoption of new tools.
