What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for financial advisory services.
• Develop solutions for order management, portfolio tracking, and other wealth management functions.
• Write code across the stack, making architectural decisions for system reliability and efficiency.
• Optimize systems for low latency and high throughput.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with a preference for senior-level contributions.
• Proven ability in system design, including object-oriented data modeling and service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one low-level language (C/C++, Go, Zig, Rust) and one high-level language (Java, Scala, Python).
• Experience with messaging queues and message brokers.
• Demonstrated understanding of algorithms, distributed systems, scalability, high availability, databases, and concurrency control.
• Prior experience developing Order Management Systems (OMS) or high-volume financial transaction systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the FIX protocol.
• Experience with observability tools, tracing, continuous profiling, and performance benchmarking.
