About the role
This position involves managing user acquisition channels for our primary application. It's a hands-on role for someone who excels at data analysis, rapid optimization, and scaling app campaigns across major platforms. You will be responsible for significant budgets and daily campaign performance.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee app installation campaigns across AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, and DSPs, managing over $500k in daily expenditure.
- Optimize campaigns to meet revenue and predictive lifetime value goals.
- Monitor live campaigns daily, making immediate adjustments to budgets and bids.
- Address performance issues proactively without waiting for instructions.
- Analyze top-performing creatives and market trends to inform creative strategy.
- Plan a balanced mix of creative iterations and new concepts for production.
- Coordinate with the internal creative team for briefing, review, and prioritization of assets.
- Manage attribution across various campaign types and channels using Adjust MMP.
- Ensure accurate app tracking and performance measurement.
- Define and optimize against key performance indicators based on revenue and predictive LTV.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of scaling app install campaigns across at least two platforms: AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, or programmatic DSPs.
- Experience managing substantial daily budgets in a live campaign environment.
- Ability to analyze creative performance data, brief agencies effectively, and plan testing roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution, MMP setup (Adjust preferred), and cross-channel attribution.
- Experience optimizing for revenue-based KPIs and predictive LTV, ideally in gaming or subscription apps.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, diagnosing and resolving issues daily.
