Growth Manager

About the role

Almedia is seeking a Growth Manager to take charge of advertiser accounts and drive revenue. This position involves managing client relationships, optimizing ad spend, and collaborating across teams to ensure partner success. You will be instrumental in expanding our marketing solutions for major global companies.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of 5-15 advertiser accounts, overseeing their growth from beginning to end.
• Increase top-line revenue for your assigned accounts, focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Adjust internal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets for various offers, regions, and operating systems, often on an hourly basis.
• Anticipate potential account issues, proactively suggesting budget increases, geographical expansions, and new ad format tests.
• Serve as a bridge between commercial partners and technical teams, debugging issues and coordinating solutions with engineers.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation, sharing your insights to refine our operational playbook.

Requirements

• Professional experience where you've independently solved problems and achieved tangible results.
• Ability to interpret data, identify anomalies in dashboards, and formulate relevant questions.
• Comfortable communicating effectively with both commercial advertisers and technical algorithm teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, or ARPU.
• Experience managing advertiser or partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming user acquisition, or rewarded user acquisition.
• Experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• A track record of building and growing a measurable book of business.
• Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or a scale-up environment.
• Prior use of Hex, experience with the administration of a rewarded user acquisition platform, or advertiser-side experience with such a platform.
