AI Full Stack Engineer

Almedia is scaling rapidly as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe, focused on building a unique marketing ecosystem for 70 million users. We are looking for an engineer to develop internal tools and integrate AI functionality across our entire stack to drive business efficiency.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Build and support full stack applications including front end, back end, and database layers
• Create and manage back-end services using Python or Node.js
• Connect and orchestrate various AI APIs within our infrastructure
• Design AI-driven features using advanced prompting and modern development tools
• Analyze and integrate data from fragmented sources across multiple systems
• Partner with marketing, user acquisition, and operations teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement technical solutions

Requirements

• Proven production experience using Node.js or Python
• Demonstrated history of integrating AI APIs into software systems
• Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and full stack development
• Proficiency in prompting and utilizing current AI development tools
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and technical initiative

Nice to have

• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Practical knowledge of n8n or similar automation and orchestration platforms
• Understanding of agentic workflows and system-level AI design
• Background collaborating directly with marketing or operations departments

Practical notes
