Requirements

• Professional experience in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong ability to clearly articulate complex reasoning processes in a structured and reproducible manner.
• Excellent critical thinking skills, with the capability to identify and rectify flawed logic.
• Detail-oriented and methodical in your approach to technical problem-solving.
• Comfortable working autonomously without close supervision.
• Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation processes.
• Knowledge of LLM behavior, prompt engineering, or AI training workflows.
• Background in applied machine learning, natural language processing, or AI research.
• Experience in writing technical documentation or reasoning traces.
