Owned the redesign of the ZebPay Home Screen, defining information architecture, prioritization logic, and UX flows to improve onboarding clarity, feature discovery, customer adoption, retention, and daily engagement. Designed and launched Margin Trading for Sub-Accounts, including leverage selection, real-time risk checks, liquidation logic, and exposure controls to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performance trading at scale.

Launched Futures trading enhancements, introducing multiple order types and advanced trading functionalities to improve execution control, platform performance, and trader experience. Led a 12-member cross-functional team to build Coin Profiling and AI-based crypto projection models, delivering actionable investment insights to users. Developed and validated a Portfolio Management Service (PMS) prototype, defining user flows, AI-driven asset allocation logic, and performance visualization to assess product viability. Spearheaded the launch of KYC L2+ Due Diligence and HNI OTC onboarding platform, contributing to approximately 10% uplift in customer revenue and trading volumes. Partnered closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces, improving customer experience and satisfaction metrics. Collaborated with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable system designs.

Integrated analytics and growth vendors including Taxnodes, MoEngage, AppsFlyer, and Adjust, enabling robust KPI tracking and data-driven marketing optimization. Drove agile product execution, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and continuous delivery across multiple product streams. Conducted market research, competitive analysis, user research, and A/B testing, optimizing trading dashboards and improving customer satisfaction scores. Applied strong financial and regulatory understanding to design compliant, market-aligned crypto products across retail and HNI segments. Worked directly with the CEO on Project BTCTOWERS.COM, contributing to strategic product and business exploration initiatives.

Involved in elements of coworking space research for the decision parameters of workplace in the post covid era. Co-ordinated with finance, marketing & sales teams for the launch of CoWorks acquired space in the south region.

Architecture, Design Development and Project Management. Served as the Main Point of Contact for co-ordination with the agents & material selection for the project. Worked on feasibility diagrams and calculations for projects estimated at INR 30 Mn and detailed documents. Built an easy framework for quick Design Co-ordination Planner and Vendor Management in the organization.

Architecture Design, Project Co-ordination and Site Execution: Residential Luxury Projects. Assisted in formulation of Design Brief, Budget strategy & Concept for the projects value above INR 1.2 bn. Worked on feasibility diagrams and calculations for G + 60 floors projects with an area of 0.1 Mn Sq.Ft plus.
