About the role

What you'll do

Requirements
- A Master's degree or higher in Acoustics, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in underwater acoustics or a similar research environment.
- Proficiency in acoustic data analysis software, such as MATLAB, R, or Python.
- Strong understanding of marine ecosystems and the impact of anthropogenic noise on marine life.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in fieldwork and the deployment of underwater acoustic monitoring equipment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
