What you'll do

• Lead the Gear Monitoring Team in the development and implementation of innovative gear monitoring solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and stakeholder updates to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Oversee the documentation of project processes, ensuring that all procedures are followed and recorded for future reference and compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices for gear monitoring and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of gear monitoring systems and technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to gear monitoring and management.

Nice to have

• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
