Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marine biology, environmental science, fisheries management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fisheries management, marine conservation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of fisheries regulations, policies, and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Experience in community outreach and education, particularly in a fisheries context.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
• Willingness to travel to various fishing communities and work in outdoor environments.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel purposes.
