What you'll do

• Provide technical support and consulting to developers, merchants, and internal teams on post-integration issues, handling external customer inquiries via tickets and internal requests through various channels.
• Create and execute test scenarios for technical issues involving code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints.
• Set up and configure test environments, payment APIs, and e-commerce products.
• Clearly explain technical problems to both customers and internal departments.
• Identify functional irregularities and unexpected behaviors within Airwallex products and services.
• Develop detailed technical resources, such as sample code, log search guides, and FAQs, for customer use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in programming, technical support, implementation, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong abilities in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail in handling tickets, and the ability to manage multiple urgent issues concurrently.
• Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with development teams.
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and products.

Nice to have

• Experience in the e-commerce, payments, or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with AliCloud and Google Cloud.

Skills & tools

• One of the following programming languages: Python, Java, PHP, C#, JavaScript, or shell scripting.
• Web Technologies, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• REST, JSON, SOAP.
• SQL.
• Logstash, Kibana, and Graylog.
• English and Mandarin proficiency.
