This position focuses on driving product-led growth initiatives for Airwallex's next-generation, AI-powered financial products. You will guide the strategy and execution of intelligent automation and customer experiences across global regions and languages. This is a high-impact role shaping the future of global payments, treasury, cards, and B2B financial operations.

What you'll do
- Lead product-led growth efforts, including in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, and lifecycle automation to boost customer adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define and advocate for the product vision and roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with immediate business needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive AI solutions.
- Develop and launch AI/ML-powered products such as copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems, rather than just integrating models.
- Utilize AI-driven technologies and data insights to innovate, improve user experience, and reduce operational friction.
- Oversee the creation of customer service and support automation like bots and self-serve flows for intelligent automation in payments, onboarding, and support.
- Ensure compliance, transparency, and responsible AI practices are integrated into all products, especially in regulated areas like payments, treasury, and cards.
- Launch products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced global setting, working with local teams for market fit and regulatory adherence.
- Mentor other product managers, with potential for broader leadership growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, owning core product areas end-to-end for complex, multi-surface products (e.g., platforms, marketplaces, productivity tools).
- Experience includes 0 to 1 or early-stage products in ambiguous environments with a clear builder mindset.
- Hands-on experience building and launching AI/LLM-powered products, with deep technical understanding of how modern ML systems are trained, evaluated, deployed, and monitored.
- Data-driven, growth-oriented problem solver with strong analytical rigor (dashboards, SQL or product analytics tools) and a history of running experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to improve activation, adoption, or retention.
- Builder mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning engineering, data, design, operations, customer service, and go-to-market partners on strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations, including working within compliance, risk, or role-based access constraints.
- Previous work on growth, lifecycle, or product-led growth products (e.g., in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, lifecycle automation).
- Technical background or prior role in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
- Experience building customer service or support automation (e.g., bots, self-serve flows, deflection journeys).
- Experience launching products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced, global environment.
