What you'll do

• Partner with product managers to define design requirements for upcoming projects.
• Create concise design project plans, allocating time for research, brainstorming, and user testing.
• Oversee project timelines and performance to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout the design process and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Research and advocate for user needs at every stage of product development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to explore and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Lead end-to-end user experience design projects across desktop, mobile web, and native apps.
• Develop deep domain knowledge to understand the broader context of your team's work.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a UX/Product designer.
• Expertise in designing for desktop web, mobile web, and native app experiences.
• A strong portfolio showcasing complex systems, multi-channel user journeys, and intricate object relationships.
• Proficiency in UX methods including generative research, information architecture, interaction design, and user testing.
• Demonstrated system-level thinking.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of project management and delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to thrive in startup environments with ambiguous project scopes.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial industry.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
