What you'll do

• Lead the design of the DevOps strategy and collaborate with teams to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage Data and AI infrastructure globally across multiple countries.
• Develop observability and detection capabilities to improve system stability and reduce problem discovery time.
• Build consensus among DevOps engineers across different feature teams regarding tools and practices, establishing agreed-upon standards.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proven expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
• Experience with data streaming engineering, including platforms like Kafka, Flink, or Databricks.
• Practical experience with at least one programming language.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related engineering field.
