What you'll do

• Respond to incidents involving malware, phishing, and conduct digital forensics.
• Design, build, test, and assess new corporate security controls for a growing company.
• Investigate log data to uncover new threats and perform incident response.
• Create and implement security alerts and workflows for the incident response process.
• Secure corporate IT infrastructure and resolve issues across identity providers, endpoints, and networks.
• Deploy, configure, and manage security tools with a focus on delivering impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in security engineering or incident response within a technology company.
• Strong background with Crowdstrike, Splunk, or similar security monitoring tools.
• Deep understanding of common attacker methods, how to detect and prevent them, and the ability to conduct thorough incident investigations.
• Ability to clearly explain technical security concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or Alibaba Cloud.
• Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, and cloud-based VPN services.
• Experience securing endpoints using MDM tools such as Kandji or Intune.
• Engineering mindset with scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Powershell.
