You will manage a worldwide team of recruiters and act as a key talent advisor to senior leadership. This is a high-impact position focused on strategic hiring and workforce planning.

What you'll do
- Guide and mentor a global recruiting team for Product, Design, and Solutions Engineering, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Serve as the primary talent liaison for the Chief Product Officer, Global Head of Design, and Global Head of Solutions Engineering, aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform executive-level workforce planning and hiring decisions.
- Develop and refine recruiting processes, interview structures, and assessment standards to enhance hiring quality and candidate experience.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify areas for improvement and measure team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding, People Partners, and Total Rewards to attract top Product, Design, and Solutions Engineering talent globally.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of experience in recruiting.
- 5 or more years leading global recruiting teams, with a history of building successful teams.
- Extensive experience recruiting for Product Management, Product Strategy, Design, or Solutions Engineering roles within technology or fintech.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence C-level and senior leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical skills, using recruiting data and ATS reporting (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) to make decisions and improve processes.
- Demonstrated capability to design and implement structured interview frameworks and assessment standards at scale.

- Experience in a rapidly growing global fintech or payments company, with familiarity in multi-regional hiring across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
