This role focuses on building the data infrastructure necessary to measure AI product adoption, track agent performance, and provide insights that drive business decisions.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with data science, product, sales, marketing, and growth teams to define business data requirements.
• Develop and maintain foundational business tables and data marts to support company-wide reporting and executive-level AI usage metrics.
• Utilize AI tools for pipeline development, debugging, and data discovery.
• Establish and enforce consistent patterns across the data stack to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize the performance and stability of the data warehouse.
• Translate complex business inquiries into technical data solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a preference for Python.
• Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write and tune complex queries.
• Experience with Airflow.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly through visualizations and written documentation.
• A proactive approach to experimenting with AI tools to improve engineering workflows and data modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience modeling agent behavior as data.
• Familiarity with AI-powered data discovery and vector search over catalog metadata.
