Product Manager, Funnel & Activation

About the role

Airtable is seeking a product manager to completely rethink how new users discover value in the platform. Rather than incremental tweaks, this role will design AI-driven onboarding that adapts to each user's role, goals, and intended workflows. You will own the entire journey from signup through ongoing engagement, building personalized paths that guide people to their first real success.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of the complete user funnel from registration to sustained usage, with a focus on reinvention rather than optimization
• Deeply understand user needs and design experiences that help them succeed with Airtable faster
• Lead AI-powered personalization efforts across setup flows, in-product guidance, and re-engagement touchpoints
• Establish a disciplined experimentation practice with rapid learning cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, adaptive user experiences

Requirements

• 4-8 years of product management experience, including significant work on activation, onboarding, or retention
• Deep customer focus with the ability to articulate real user problems and connect solutions to them
• Full-journey perspective that considers both trial conversion and long-term engagement
• Strong measurement discipline with experience designing experiments and knowing when A/B testing is not appropriate
• Ability to balance ambitious vision with pragmatic execution, breaking large goals into testable steps
• Clear communication skills to align teams and advocate for significant product bets
