Performance Marketing Lead at Airtable
About the role
Airtable's no-code platform helps over 500,000 organizations streamline their operations. Performance marketing is a critical driver of our growth, and this role will be instrumental in shaping its future. You will lead end-to-end paid acquisition strategies, from conceptualization to measurement, reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to final conversion, for both self-serve and enterprise segments.
- Develop and launch new acquisition initiatives, such as sponsorships and creator partnerships, and establish them as sustainable growth engines.
- Investigate and define Airtable's presence on emerging paid platforms, including AI-powered search and marketplaces.
- Enhance the post-click user experience, including landing pages, offers, and messaging, to maximize conversion rates for paid traffic.
- Integrate AI and automation into the team's operational framework.
- Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, web, GEO, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Track and report on the full attribution of paid spend, connecting it to activation, conversion, and ultimately, revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and scaling new marketing channels or programs from inception.
- Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, and agents in your own work and for building solutions.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in managing core paid channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing at scale.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, move quickly, and expand your responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills and a preference for building in-house capabilities over relying on agencies.
Nice to have
- Experience managing substantial paid media budgets for both self-serve and enterprise customer segments.
- Experience establishing measurement or experimentation frameworks from scratch, or a strong understanding of their underlying principles.

Practical notes
- Base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles: $184,000 - $260,600 USD.
- Base salary range for all other locations (including remote): $166,000 - $234,800 USD.
- Total compensation includes benefits, restricted stock units, and potential incentive compensation.
