Senior Partner Solutions Architect at Airtable
About the role
This position acts as a key technical link between Airtable's partner network and large enterprise clients. You will collaborate across internal teams to build and implement effective solutions, ensuring successful outcomes for client projects managed by partners. The role requires deep technical knowledge of Airtable, advanced understanding of AI, and expertise in partner enablement and solution design.

What you'll do
- Work with engagement managers and partner teams to define and design complex solutions.
- Guide clients and partners on data management, API design, security, and deployment strategies.
- Develop architectural plans, technical specifications, and implementation timelines for partner-led projects.
- Create presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of Airtable and partner integrations.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for significant partner engagements with enterprise clients.
- Assist partners in understanding client technical environments and business needs through discovery sessions.
- Coordinate with Professional Services to maintain consistent best practices across all delivery efforts.
- Provide ongoing technical support and problem-solving for partners during implementations.
- Collect and analyze feedback from partners and clients to inform product development and partnership strategies.
- Manage and resolve technical challenges that arise in partner-delivered projects.
- Promote the use of AI within partner solutions, including agent-based workflows.
- Guide partners in utilizing Airtable's AI features for innovative use cases.
- Advise partners on AI/ML best practices, responsible AI, and emerging technologies.
- Stay informed about advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and automation for low-code/no-code platforms.
- Produce content showcasing AI-powered solutions built by partners on Airtable.
- Act as a technical expert on the Airtable platform for services and integration partners.
- Develop and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications for partners.
- Create technical resources such as reference architectures, implementation guides, and best practice documents.
- Establish quality assurance models and conduct technical reviews of partner solutions.
- Support partner success managers in identifying and qualifying new delivery partnerships.
- Create standardized frameworks and templates for partners to use across client engagements.
- Identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements based on partner and client feedback.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to influence platform development.
- Contribute to the growth and refinement of the Partner Solutions Architecture practice.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in solution engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing complex Airtable solutions across various use cases.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with partner ecosystems or systems integrators.
- Must hold Airtable Builder, Admin, and AI certifications.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts, experience with generative AI tools like LLMs and AI assistants, and the ability to explain how AI can improve business processes and data solutions.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and experience with process mapping tools such as LucidChart, Visio, or Miro.
- Experience creating technical documentation, enablement materials, and training content for different audiences.
- Ability to balance partner needs, client requirements, and business objectives.
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partner Management.
- Adaptable to ambiguity and skilled in developing new processes and programs.
