About the role

Airtable is a no-code platform used by over 500,000 organizations to manage critical business processes. You will join our EMEA team in London to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and helping prospective clients modernize their operations.

What you'll do

• Build a sales pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting across Northern Europe.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives on territory planning and account prioritization.
• Conduct research on target accounts to develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Engage potential customers via calls, webinars, events, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Explain the Airtable value proposition and identify customer pain points through discovery calls.
• Provide feedback to Marketing regarding campaign performance and lead quality.
• Test and refine outbound strategies to improve conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Active interest in using AI tools and developing skills as an AI-fluent seller.
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of creating outbound messaging and iterating based on performance data.

Practical notes

• On-target earnings range: £70,000 to £78,000 GBP.
