About the role
Airbyte is building the data and action layer for AI agents, enabling them to access and act upon enterprise data. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will guide customers through technical implementations while acting as a bridge between our users and our internal product and engineering teams. You will help organizations build modern data stacks that power autonomous agents and drive the adoption of our infrastructure.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead technical deployments and project execution for enterprise customers.
- Architect AI-powered data pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for data movement, SQL, CDC, and database replication.
- Advise clients on integrating LLM-based tools with existing data infrastructure.
- Manage technical success by coordinating with internal support and engineering teams.
- Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities and refine the customer journey.
- Represent the company at industry events and create technical content like blogs and demos.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as professional services or solutions architecture.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup environment within the data infrastructure, cloud, or ELT space.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI framework.
- Deep technical proficiency with REST APIs, including authentication methods, webhooks, and JSON.
- Strong background in database technologies and data synchronization concepts.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive product adoption.

- Exposure to AI agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices.
