Process Strategy and Optimization Lead

About the role

You will manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to improve the operational performance of the Fraud and Safety team. This role focuses on solving complex business problems to enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end process improvement projects from business case development through root cause analysis and solution launch.
• Align operational goals with product, engineering, policy, and shared services roadmaps.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows to reduce waste and improve consistency.
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators to track project impact and optimization success.
• Mentor teams on Lean and Six Sigma principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder dependencies across a global organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience driving operational excellence in large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed structure.
• Strong background in data-driven problem solving and KPI measurement.
• Experience building quality assurance frameworks and process governance.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings with high autonomy.

Nice to have

• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in management consulting or industrial engineering.
