You will lead technical strategy and model development across our core operational domains to provide actionable insights for global leaders.

What you'll do

• Define and execute AI roadmaps for specific business domains, translating vague requirements into structured project plans.
• Manage 5+ concurrent projects across various workstreams while balancing product strategy with engineering and product management teams.
• Architect and refine machine learning pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and core product features.
• Mentor team members, establish technical standards, and enforce high-quality code practices.
• Quantify the impact of AI solutions on business KPIs and communicate these outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead technical delivery by making informed trade-offs between development speed and model performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
• Comprehensive MLOps expertise and advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including customers and product managers.
