Responsibilities:

• Served as Technical Lead for the lost/stolen card replacement feature within NetBank Next, a large-scale modernisation of CBA’s online banking platform, working with the Product Owner, Product Manager, Solution Architect, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
• Delivered customer-facing banking features using TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Zod, GraphQL, and Lumen, an internal UI component library.

Worked at CORTO, a division of LEAP Dev, on the cloud-hosted backend of an AI-assisted productivity platform for law firms, based on Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

Responsibilities:

• Developed backend features for document ingestion, text extraction, vectorisation, file deletion, and metadata updates using ASP.NET Core, MediatR, Entity Framework Core, Flurl, and AWS SDK.
• Implemented integration with Dropbox, including a webhook service using ASP.NET Core, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB, to enable document updates from Dropbox to be captured, processed, and synchronised with the platform.
• Built an AWS Lambda workflow triggered by EventBridge and SQS to process large-document uploads after multipart upload completion on Amazon S3.
• Added features to internal NuGet packages used for service communication and released updated package versions through AWS CodeArtifact.
• Improved resiliency of external service communication by using retry and fault-handling patterns with Polly.
• Wrote unit and integration tests using xUnit, NSubstitute, and Testcontainers to validate service behaviour and database integration.
