About the role

Agoda is seeking a creative professional to define our brand presence across diverse marketing channels. You will blend traditional design expertise with modern generative AI tools to produce high-quality visual content and streamline production workflows.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Produce creative assets for B2B and B2B2C channels, including social media, brand campaigns, PR, events, and digital experiences.
• Develop visual concepts that align with business goals while maintaining brand standards.
• Present design solutions and concepts to internal stakeholders and management.
• Integrate generative AI into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output.
• Monitor industry trends and new technologies to improve personalization and design quality.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to execute projects from concept to final delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer.
• Portfolio showing digital marketing assets, visual systems, and AI-assisted commercial work.
• Mastery of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience using AI platforms like Runway, Veo, Imagen, Seedance, or GPT Image for commercial projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B marketing or branding.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or After Effects for motion graphics and video.
• Knowledge of print production constraints.
• Skills in web design, UX/UI, and responsive design.

• Motion/Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro (preferred)
