Senior Strategic Account Manager

About the role

You will serve as the primary link between Agoda and its accommodation partners, focusing on relationship management and business growth. This position involves identifying new supply opportunities while maintaining existing partnerships to meet regional objectives.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key supply partners to support regional growth.
• Engage regularly with partners to ensure consistent communication.
• Evaluate large datasets to create customized solutions for supply partners.
• Identify and execute new business growth opportunities using analytical problem-solving.
• Educate clients on Agoda's technological tools, models, and platform updates.
• Develop materials for partner meetings to drive business expansion.
• Address partner inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Secure stakeholder buy-in to launch promotional campaigns and improve partner productivity.
• Utilize product offerings to convert passive customers into active ones.
• Achieve country-specific KPIs, growth targets, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist the Area Manager in preparing reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing long-term customer relationships.
• Experience negotiating and building rapport with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and influence teams to improve performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
