About the role
Join Agoda's design team to shape the future of travel experiences. You will lead the design of cross-sell and recommendation features across all user touchpoints, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and product managers. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centered interactions for our global travel products.

What you'll do
- Lead the design of cross-sell and recommendation features across all user touchpoints.
- Partner with product managers to define product vision and roadmap, using data and research.
- Conduct discovery phases and help define product requirements.
- Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather feedback.
- Present design work to peers and leadership, both in-person and asynchronously.
- Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, and team meetings.
- Document your design process and decisions clearly.
- Champion consistency in UX design across a growing suite of products.
- Drive complex design initiatives and ensure experiences are intuitive and scalable.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-time product design experience for digital or web-based products, preferably in-house.
- Ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, delivering pixel-perfect UI and smooth interactions.
- Strong background in UI design with deep knowledge of design patterns and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research, including user interviews and synthesizing insights.
- Full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and build trust across disciplines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and user-centered web and mobile product design.
- Track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys.
- Ability to think and design at a system level, beyond individual interface elements.
- Skilled in listening, negotiating, and decision-making.
- Capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
