Manager / Senior Manager, Financial Partnerships & Alliances - Indonesia & Singapore

About the role

You will lead the strategy and execution for financial institution partnerships across Indonesia and Singapore. This role focuses on building relationships with banks, card issuers, and digital wallets to drive growth, customer acquisition, and commercial success.

What you'll do

• Define and implement the financial partnership strategy for Indonesia and Singapore.
• Identify and prioritize new opportunities with banks, payment platforms, and loyalty programs.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage contract execution.
• Oversee a portfolio of key partners, developing joint business plans to boost transaction growth and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Analytics teams to launch and scale initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize investment decisions and partnership ROI.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and deliver commercial results.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong commercial judgment and project management skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working within financial institutions, payment companies, or loyalty ecosystems.
• Background in e-commerce, travel, fintech, or internet platforms.
• Technical skills in SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with co-marketing models and payment-related partnership structures.
