About the role

Agoda is seeking a Head of Strategic Account Management to lead our operations in Japan. You will define our regional strategy and guide high-level partnerships to meet aggressive growth targets.

• Create and execute business strategies to scale operations within Japan.
• Provide leadership to local teams to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.

• Direct company-wide projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.

• Represent the company at relevant industry functions.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience within multinational organizations.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Background in business development, account management, or general management.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to present proposals effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented work ethic.

• Experience in management consulting.
• Background in e-commerce or online business sectors.
