You will oversee a portfolio of hotel partners in Vietnam, focusing on expanding our supply network and improving property performance. This role centers on digital-first engagement, requiring you to manage relationships and drive key metrics remotely.

What you'll do

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of hotels across Vietnam through remote communication channels including email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Analyze supply data to identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to partners.
• Implement Agoda promotions and products, tracking the results and maintaining detailed records of outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations within your assigned group.
• Utilize internal digital platforms for reporting, logging activities, and conducting outreach.
• Engage in ongoing training to master new operational processes and software tools.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects, operational tasks, and company events as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business development, account management, or e-commerce supply roles.
• Native proficiency in Vietnamese and business-level fluency in English.
• Demonstrated success in B2B relationship management and negotiation.
• Analytical capability to interpret data and translate findings into improved business outcomes.
• Proficiency in digital-first work environments, including CRM software and remote communication systems.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio independently with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting business priorities and updated technical workflows.
