Account Manager, Supply

About the role

This role focuses on expanding Agoda's hotel network and improving the quality of its offerings. You will remotely manage a group of mid-sized hotel partners, aiming to boost their engagement and enhance supply metrics through digital account management strategies.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 mid-tier hotels across Taiwan.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners through virtual communication channels.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement in supply metrics and propose solutions.
• Implement Agoda's products and promotions for partners, track their effectiveness, and document results.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner issues within your assigned portfolio.
• Utilize Agoda's digital tools for outreach, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with new tools, processes, and best practices.
• Contribute to assigned projects, support operational tasks, and handle other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or an e-commerce/supply-related position.
• Strong abilities in relationship management, communication, and negotiation in both Mandarin and English.
• An analytical approach, with a history of using data to guide decisions and achieve performance goals.
• Comfortable working in a digital-first environment, including remote portfolio management, call systems, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing a large portfolio.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in workflows, tools, and business priorities.
