What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous workflows, multi-step reasoning systems, and tool orchestration using LLM frameworks.
• Create and maintain cloud-native AI applications using Python and Microsoft Azure.
• Integrate AI functionality into existing enterprise ecosystems via microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, from initial requirements to production monitoring and iterative refinement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical leads to ensure solutions meet real-world performance standards.
• Develop standardized engineering patterns and reusable components for AI project scaling.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant advancements into client projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and practical experience with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Proven track record of deploying and maintaining AI or machine learning systems in production environments.
• Experience building and integrating AI services on cloud infrastructure, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools and standard software engineering workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt design, model evaluation techniques, and system observability.
• Understanding of security and data privacy requirements for enterprise AI.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results within an agile framework.

Nice to have

• Experience with orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs or vector databases.
• Background working on technology initiatives for global, mission-driven organizations.
