About the role
AfterShip is seeking an Agency Partner Manager to expand our influence within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. You will design and manage the lifecycle of our agency partnerships, working with internal leadership to create programs that drive merchant growth and revenue.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Recruit and onboard agency partners while maintaining ongoing relationships with their leadership teams.
- Create joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that align partner services with AfterShip goals.
- Manage the performance and health of your agency portfolio as the primary point of contact.
- Develop program infrastructure, including tiering systems, incentive frameworks, and certification processes.
- Produce enablement playbooks and co-marketing materials to position AfterShip as the preferred partner solution.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase partner-sourced revenue through lead generation and account mapping.
- Track program ROI and partner performance data to refine growth strategies.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or agency management.
- Background in the eCommerce space, specifically with TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or Walmart service partners.
- Experience building and scaling partner programs that produce measurable business results.
- Ability to work across North America, Europe, and LATAM time zones.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional sales and marketing departments.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
