What you'll do
You will establish the charter for critical initiatives, defining scope, success metrics, and alignment across multiple teams. This includes leading requirement intake, mapping all relevant stakeholders, and clarifying needs before execution begins. You will construct detailed execution roadmaps that synchronize engineering, product, and design activities into a unified plan.
A core responsibility involves reviewing all deliverables, validating underlying assumptions, and confirming readiness prior to any product release. You will ship programs on schedule by rigorously tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and escalating status in a clear manner. You will coordinate closely with platform teams to integrate new capabilities, ensuring solutions adhere to standards and can scale effectively.
You will coordinate risk assessment activities, document key decisions, and maintain leadership awareness throughout each program. This includes driving strategic roadmap initiatives, resolving priority conflicts, and enabling teams to deliver complex financial experiences. You will also mentor other program managers, elevating team practices and establishing frameworks that improve organizational execution.
You will track end-to-end outcomes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and continuously refine processes so programs improve over time.
Requirements
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline. You bring eight years of demonstrated experience managing technical programs and delivery in demanding environments. You maintain meticulous attention to detail while sustaining the pace required to ship reliably.
You communicate fluently with engineering, product, design, analytics, and other cross-functional teams. You have a proven track record of running large technology applications and distributed backend systems. You flourish in a remote-first culture, driving strategy while supporting distributed team norms.
You possess prior experience in fintech, payments, or commerce, including familiarity with billing, risk, and compliance fundamentals. You actively develop colleagues, helping them grow skills and strengthening the broader organization.
