About the role
Affirm is transforming credit with honest and accessible buy now, pay later solutions. This role will build and scale programs that empower our Revenue teams to achieve their goals. You will own the strategy and execution of critical enablement initiatives from the ground up.

What you'll do
- Develop and manage scalable enablement programs for Revenue leaders and frontline sellers, focusing initially on leader development, a unified sales methodology, and new hire onboarding.
- Create a dedicated program for Revenue leaders that enhances coaching, inspection, and manager effectiveness.
- Define the strategy and operational framework for a consistent sales methodology across the Revenue organization, ensuring practical application and ongoing reinforcement.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership, managers, Instructional Design, and Analytics to align priorities, target behaviors, and measure success.
- Establish repeatable program structures, stakeholder cadences, and governance for program maintenance and scalability.
- Drive program adoption and behavior change through change management and manager reinforcement, integrating enablement into daily workflows.
- Define and monitor program success metrics, including adoption rates, behavior changes, and field productivity, using data for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in enablement, learning and development, program management, or a related go-to-market function, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or fast-paced growth environments.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling cross-functional enablement or learning programs that improved manager effectiveness, team readiness, or productivity.
- Experience designing programs for sales leaders, frontline managers, and customer-facing teams, with a strong understanding of what drives lasting behavior change.
- Proficient in program management, including strategy development, roadmap planning, governance, sequencing, and risk management.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and across departments, particularly Sales leaders and frontline managers, without direct authority.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPICED, and experience translating them into practical workflows and reinforcement plans.
- Experience designing blended learning approaches that minimize reliance on live training and cater to learner needs.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including defining success metrics, evaluating program effectiveness, and using data to drive improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous projects.
- A strategic, self-directed individual contributor energized by building new programs.

- Base pay range: $133,000 - $183,000 CAD per year.
- Employees new to Affirm typically start at the lower end of the pay range.
