Key facts
What you'll do
- Create and update compliance training materials that simplify complex regulations into understandable learning modules for employees across different regions.
- Manage the compliance training program by tracking participant progress, keeping training records, organizing course enrollments, and preparing necessary reports and audit documentation.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and business units to collect feedback, update content, and ensure training materials are current, accurate, and properly documented.
- Assist with Shared Services governance initiatives by contributing to risk assessments, managing regulatory changes, and supporting compliance issue resolution through documentation, reporting, action tracking, and evidence gathering.
- Maintain organized records, manage document versions, and collect evidence according to established governance standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in training content, documentation, and operational workflows to enhance the effectiveness and consistency of compliance programs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting compliance, risk management, audit, controls, or similar governance functions, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated sector.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain training content for compliance, risk, policy, or operational topics, including drafting materials, incorporating feedback, and managing documentation and version control.
- Excellent written and editing skills, with the capacity to transform intricate regulatory or policy information into clear, actionable learning content.
- Strong organizational capabilities, allowing for independent work management, adherence to established procedures, and maintenance of accurate documentation and evidence.
- Experience working with diverse teams across different functions and time zones, while effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Familiarity with instructional design principles.
- Experience with compliance training across multiple jurisdictions.
- Background in governance activities such as regulatory change management, risk assessments, or compliance issue management.

Practical notes
- Base pay range: 154,000 zł - 254,000 zł per year.
