About the role
You will own the end-to-end analytical lifecycle, transforming complex data into clear business strategies. This position requires a balance of technical execution and strategic influence to guide decision-making across product, risk, and engineering teams.

What you'll do
- Develop and optimize business, growth, and risk strategies using advanced data analytics.
- Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends to adjust operational tactics.
- Collaborate with engineering and machine learning teams to design and interpret performance metrics.
- Partner with product, legal, and compliance departments to translate regulatory requirements into analytical policy.
- Manage analytical frameworks for new product launches and international market entries.
- Engage with external partners and vendors to ensure strategic alignment and compliance.
- Create AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior team members on technical and domain-specific tasks.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an analytical role within fintech, credit, or consumer lending.
- Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, economics, or a quantitative field.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, data mining, and data visualization.
- Experience applying machine learning to business or risk management challenges.
- Ability to communicate complex economic and regulatory insights to senior stakeholders.

Practical notes
- Pay Grade K, Equity Grade 6.
- Base pay for CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $145,000 to $205,000 per year.
- Base pay for all other US states: $128,000 to $188,000 per year.

- New employees typically start at the beginning of the pay range.
