About the role
Addison Group is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of enterprise-level artificial intelligence projects. You will work onsite in Bothell to build, deploy, and maintain models while bridging the gap between data science and production architecture.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the entire AI development process from initial data preparation and model training to final deployment and performance monitoring.
- Build scalable systems that facilitate automation, predictive analytics, and business decision-making.
- Create and launch Generative AI and LLM-based applications for the enterprise.
- Collaborate with data engineering and business units to turn project goals into functional, production-ready tools.
- Select and vet AI technologies and platforms that align with company objectives.
- Define standards for model lifecycle management, AI governance, and ethical AI practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with at least 6 years of experience or Master degree with at least 4 years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Documented history of taking AI/ML projects from concept to production.
- Proficiency in both Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering workflows.
- Experience working with cloud AI and data environments, specifically Microsoft Azure.
- Practical experience building with LLMs and Generative AI tools.
- Knowledge of data modeling, lakehouse architectures, and data lakes.
- Skilled in SQL, analytics, and developing AI-integrated applications.
- Experience operating within SDLC or Agile frameworks.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts.
