About the role
Addi is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the financial engine of our banking operations in Colombia. You will develop forward-looking models for capital, liquidity, and earnings to support high-level decision-making as we scale our financial services.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Build and maintain an integrated 3-statement financial model covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow across all legal entities.
- Integrate Colombian regulatory capital requirements, including encaje, solvencia, and IRL, to ensure full compliance with SFC reporting.
- Create a reconciliation framework that addresses NIIF, IFRS 9, and management reporting to track provision and tax-effect variances.
- Develop monthly base and downside scenario analyses to guide capital allocation decisions for the CFO.
- Improve forecasting efficiency by reducing the monthly cycle time by 20% through automation and structural model upgrades.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build 3-statement models where portfolio changes trigger accurate accounting and cash responses.
- Deep knowledge of Colombian regulatory capital mechanics, specifically forecasting solvencia, IRL, and CEFEN.
- Experience modeling complex tax dynamics, including provision deductibility and Deferred Tax Asset optimization.
- Expertise in multi-entity consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and pro-forma modeling for mergers or spin-offs.
- Ability to bridge the gap between local SFC reporting and group-level IFRS reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex financial trade-offs into actionable insights for leadership.

Practical notes
The hiring process includes a 30-minute recruiter screening, a 60-minute interview with the Accounting Manager, a 3-5 day case study, and a final interview with the Co-Founder. Compensation includes a salary and company equity.
