About the role

Acumen Academy is seeking a motivated individual to manage the operational backend and learner experience for our Spanish-language WhatsApp courses. You will maintain databases, analyze engagement metrics, and support community growth for over 10,000 learners across Latin America. This position focuses on optimizing mobile-first educational content while ensuring high-quality support for social innovators.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Clean, organize, and audit student databases of up to 1,000 users per course iteration.
• Manage end-to-end user experience for WhatsApp-based learning, including troubleshooting and direct learner support.
• Analyze enrollment and completion data to produce visual reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Adapt and design mobile-friendly content including text, audio, video, and PDFs for WhatsApp delivery.
• Foster community engagement through newsletters, online webinars, and peer-to-peer connection activities.
• Ensure data privacy compliance when merging information from registration forms, Salesforce, and survey platforms.
• Document operational workflows and conduct quality assurance on all course materials before launch.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in operations, data analysis, communications, or customer service.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel, specifically pivot tables, advanced formulas, and XLOOKUP.
• Fluent Spanish skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate English proficiency for collaboration with our global team.
• Permanent work authorization in Colombia.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
• Current undergraduate students graduating by December 2026 are eligible to apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva.
• Proficiency in Gsuite and general data processing systems.
